Fall Festival 2023

Published: Nov 3, 2023

”WOW!” You have totally outdone yourselves! I am so proud of you all. Sunday’s Fall Festival was incredible. What an outreach!

Thank you to the 41 Volunteers, under the priceless leadership of Mrs. Natalie Hardy and her world-class volunteer team. Thank you to everyone who donated cakes, pumpkins, coffee mugs, trunks & treats, decorations; and those who manned a game booth, or costumed car. Thanks to those who gave time, money, and resources to bless the community. It was an absolute success!

We welcomed well over 200 attendees, mostly families with young children, who came out and enjoyed free, wholesome, fun, food, & festivities. You stepped up and gave of yourselves, and truly gave a gift to people from Hemet to Murrieta to Carlsbad that we know of. Over 60 kids left with full-sized Decorated Cakes! Many more went home with live Goldfish, Coffee Mugs, Painted Faces, Caramel Apples, Prizes & PRAYER. (Oh–and don’t even get me started on the Punkin’ Chunkin!

-a wild, SMASHING Good time!)

Our guests, most of whom we had met for the first time, had a great experience, and the overwhelming sentiment as people left seemed to be one of genuine gratitude. I told them, “God bless you, and Thanks so much for coming!”

They replied with something like, No — Thank YOU guys, for having such a nice event for our family.”

On the heels of the morning message from John 17 entitled, “MAKE US ONE”,

The Lord really DID! And he really did “COMMAND the BLESSING!”

Community outreach is always about serving others, and ultimately evangelism – expressing and presenting the love of Christ to a world that is desperately in need of a Savior. It happens from one person to another, and hearts are changed for eternity. Glory to God!

We love being about the Father’s business with all of you. Keep believing. Keep serving. Keep fighting the good fight of faith! Thank you, again, to all who participated in any way.

Sincerely,

Pastor Bret & Lucinda
